A power that allows Dr. Rushika to alter the very fabric of an object, tied with her intellect and almost limitless knowledge, Dr. Rushika is a dangerous individual on the field. However, as she doesn't engage in battle a lot, the most it is used for is on her [s]human[/s] experiments. It is activated with vocal chain commands, finished with a snap of her fingers.

𝚁𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚒𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜:
These are the known restrictions on her magic as an atomist.
- Range of approximately 22m radius.
- Needs to be within eyesight (including peripheral vision; unknown whether it can activate through a motion display)
- Must have fundamental knowledge of an object's compound.
- Does not work on sentient beings / abstruse objects, including self (reason is unknown)
- Does not work on sub-atomic particles.

Hidden below her left breast in the middle, it begins underneath and stops just before the high hip. The black birthmark bears a strange resemblance to a phoenix resting (or perhaps, pierced) by a intricate vine. Many say it's a connection to her bloodline, hailing from flags that hold the phoenix, others say that it's symbolic of her peculiar behaviour. It will remain a mystery, for only selective people have seen the birthmark themselves.

Dr. Rushika is one of the most eccentric women to be encountered within The Guild. She shows signs of carelessness and disinterest with people outside of her team; according to Dr. Rushika herself, her subordinates are 'slaves', therefore must be treated with caution. Despite Guild officials' warnings, Dr. Rushika also shows a bad habit of leaving chaos and mayhem, whether in the laboratory, on the field, even in the HQ. Very passionate about her research on magic and technology - there's evidence of a case where Dr. Rushika beat a guard to near-death after insults were expressed about her... golem (which collapsed in a step). Rumours say that Dr. Rushika tends to visit a specific shop in the city, but those who trail her are soon thrown off. 

Despite her oddity, Dr. Rushika is indisputably a genius; as a ruthless tactician on the battlefield or as a persistent scientist in her laboratory, Dr. Rushika is praised as one of the youngest officials working under Salem Adelaide de Silva.

Not much is known about the ex-heir of the Rushika family, one of the greatest in history. All is known is that she showed up exhausted, bruised and bloody on the doorsteps of the HQ, dragging an equally exhausted, bruised and bloody mother, at the age of 12. Dr. Rushika officially joined The Guild on her 16th birthday, quickly taking the position of 'Captain'. Dr. Rushika herself refuses to answer questions relating to the event, as well as her family residing in San Francisco. There is not a lot of information to give.
