Yee, he's a pretty big boi. I wanted do try deranking some of his skills or introducing his lower-ranked skills as well into Cu Chulainn's Saber kit, but it felt more appropriate to give him the big skills he has now. In the end, Saber Cu Chulainn's supposed to be the guy that literally 1v1'd an entire army, and half the skill ranks he has are based off of what he has in canon.

As for his second Noble Phantasm, it's pretty much Irish Excalibur. The nuclear fission portion is just me being super chuuni about describing its effects, but it isn't an actual nuke spear. It's an Excaliblast that he throws, basically.
