Magecraft/Abilities:

[i]Golem Creation[/i]: Thanks to his family's art passe down through generations, Giuseppe has inherited the ability to create golems and bring life to them. He has mastered creating them out of many materials but has found clay is the most resilient and moldable material to create with ease and speed. He can actively create and control 4 at a time, whilst he can create more they would be much weaker and would be more of a hive mind rather than individual actions.

[i]Environment Observation Enhancement[/i]: A spell and ability he has honed over his years as an apprentice detective, using his magecraft on his sight to allow his mind to clearly find hidden clues, out of place objects and in some cases if he focuses hard enough he can detect magical traps and traces of spells. 

[i]Concealment[/i]: Another form of magecraft he has dabbled in quite a bit has been concealment, whether it be disguising something to look normal or spending a lot of time to conceal his location or make himself invisible, he usually uses it to mask his footsteps more than often on a case.

[i]Detection/Problem solving[/i]: Through years of investigative apprenticing, Giuseppe has amassed an ability to work out mysteries and cases with enough evidence.

[i]Boxing[/i]: Due to some training, he's found himself a keen boxer, agile and packing a punch to knock someone out but his cardio could really use some work.

Mystic Codes:

[i]Ancestral Heart[/i]: What appears to be a bloated heart made entirely out of cobbled together materials, is the relic he wields that has been passed down from generation to generation. The heart is given to every first born son of the Messana family and can be used by placing within a husk of a golem. The heart can grant the golem some sentience and allows it to take on the properties of any material it comes in contact with, metal, diamond etc. It also allows the golem to fire a single magic missile from it's left hand before having to be removed and recharged before use again.

Personality: Brash and easily aggravated is probably the best way to describe Giuseppe. Although he means well and has mostly good intentions for everyone he meets, he comes off as snappy since he has no good way to show his affection without being overly protective or pessimistic. A believer in anyone being guilty until proven innocent, he's not paranoid as such just a little sceptical with people he meets the first time.

After all that, he does have a good heart and can be, clumsy. Forgetful and prone to accident, this just makes him try to cover his shock with more cool tough guy act or angry accusations. When it comes to people he know have committed crimes, hoo boy do the fire works go off. All in all, Giuseppe stops at nothing to see justice done. Even if that means pursuing some mysterious grail. The grail is a mystery and mysteries are what drags him in, his drive, his goal. Solve the mystery of the Grail and finally sate his need for adventure and mystery. 

Short History: Just before his birth, the Messana family relocated to New York City, just in time for Giuseppi's birth, which happened a week after the move to NYC. Living with his parents and grandparents, Giuseppe was really seen as their new world advantage on everyone else, raising him from a young age to inherit and carry on the family tradition of Golmenancy. Proving at least adaptable to the craft his father treated him as a golden child, even after his two younger brothers were born, his skills were still seen as the blessing of the gods.

Growing up however, friendship was something he sought out most but failed to find much of. After progressing to high school, Giuseppe encountered someone who would turn his life upside down. His new friend, Floyd, began sharing conspiracies and such with him, amusing the italian boy to no end. But with his talk of mystery and other such activities, the two delved into detective work together, both aiming to be investigators when they got older. 

After graduation, Giuseppe and Floyd parted ways, allowing both of them to pursue apprenticeships, Giuseppe working alongside a private eye who had begun delving into magical matters, albeit some he had to keep the man out of danger from. After a couple of years, the man had to bid his protege farewell and departed, leaving Giuseppe with drive but nowhere to aim it.

That was until, the call finally reached him. Markings and the letter, directing him to his destiny.
