She can be easily provoked and can go off picking a fight with someone at a moments notice, or can go off on a it of a rant that isn't exactly the best to be on the receiving end of. However, despite this she can be considered very decisive and a good decision maker, tending to make a split second choice between several different things if need be. This is not helped too much by the fact that she has a stubborn streak a mile wide, and it is very difficult to change her mind at all.

	She is laid back though, which helps her get to know and understand those around her, and making her seem more approachable to others. She can be a bit snarky and sarcastic, but usually not at anytime that truly matters. She'll make the occasional sarcastic comment and that is the end of it. Marygold is loyal to her friends and those she trusts, and will do anything in her power to protect them.

[b][color=007236]Biography[/color][/b] 

	Mary grew up in Berlin, at least for a while. She was raised with her identical twin sister Chrysi, her father being a biologist, and the woman that she knew as her mother was a botanist. There was some issues though, as she never once really learned how to speak English, at least at first. Mary found it to be a bit too annoying, and didn't end up learning the language, or at least really trying, until she was 8 years old. Her family was fairly well off though, so both she and her sister were sent to a boarding school in Westchester, New York in the United States.

	It took a bit of work, but her English did finally improve, at least somewhat, though her sister and her were vastly different people. Her sister became the popular girl at the school, while Mary had stuck more towards trying to do well in school, and spending time out in the gardens of the school or in the greenhouse. She had difficulties in school however, not being able to focus too well, no matter how hard she tried, and since Chrysi never really tried at all, she didn't know if her sister had the same problem.

	Then she started having problems, even more than just the issues with focusing. On occasion, without her even trying, flowers would bloom nearby, even when there weren't any plants around. It was strange, and odd things kept happening, where sometimes a trail of flowers would follow behind her. It got to the point where she ended up avoiding being anywhere but cement or pavement, since that didn't seem to let that sort of thing happen. She drifted away slightly from her sister, figuring she'd be called crazy for that sort of thing.

[b][color=007236]How Long Have They Been At Camp Half-Blood:[/color][/b] Mary has been at Camp Half-Blood for 4 years now, and decided being a year long camper was better. She ended up going there when she was 12, a monster attacked her, and Mary ran for it. Luckily, it was getting more of towards the even, so there wasn't really anyone around who might interfere or potentially get hurt. She took off into a tree and luckily her powers went off knocking the thing off, just in time for a satyr to come and help her deal with the creature completely. The satyr helped her to get to the camp, and there she learned that her mother was the goddess Demeter. It made her wonder more about her family, and her sister, but that sort of thing didn't really matter in the long run. Ending up at the camp was a good thing for her, and for once in her life she felt like she truly belonged some place.
