I'll be a bit snarky about this. But may I ask on what is the purpose of his cyborg eye? Just one nitpick, it seemed that it is more made to fit the image of the faceclaim, when you could just write on Appearance something like 'he doesn't have a red eye' or 'He wears an eyepatch', which is more common for pirates. But if you really want your character to appear like the face claim, you can just write that a ruby/red glass is placed on his eye sockets, etc. 

Putting that aside, the main issue of the character: His Devil Fruit. I expect a few Logia, and am pretty open towards them, but I didn't expect literally the strongest Devil Fruit for this first one.
Whether it is the strongest is up to debate, still that Yami Yami fruit could do things that are thought to be impossible even by the wildest Devil Fruit Standards. 

But I’ll make it clear, the main purpose is more to clarify on that fruit you’re using. I know you're using the fruit a bit differently, but I want to make sure--- Will be a bit spoilerish but just a few questions---

Could he do things like eating Multiple Fruits?

Well, for the cyborg eye, I just thought something like Franky but without his laser abilities xd. My character lost his vision because of an accident (mentioned in the backstory) so the cyborg eye only allowed him to see, that's all, even if the vision isn't clear as real eyes. I thought we're kinda free with this? Well, it's merely a cyborg accessory that's what I had in mind and yes, I want to match it with his face claim, also adding a purpose to my character's story since he's called a monster because of his features. But, I don't mind if I have to change it to the one you suggested. The last one ^^

As for DF, I know it's kinda OP if we're following the series. I'm not intending to do it like in the series but because of the darkness property only, the element. I like to keep it moderated and under control (fit with the rules and the plan you've set for this RP). So, No for eating multiple fruits (besides we don't know the true trick behind the dual DF, only some theories) and for the nullify, I'm thinking for him to NOT BE ABLE TO DO IT from the START but as he explores more and through story progress, if this kind of things allowed, I like to do it (through development something like Luffy's Gears). As mentioned in his character app, his bounty is 0 and he's not a huge threat but has huge potential (maybe? if he manages to develop?) especially when we're in the prologue of our story, a newly formed crew.
