The brunette responded with interest at Chris's remark, looking at the crystal in her hand... then seizing her arm and waving it around a bit more to confirm what the half-Japanese girl had already identified: that it was some sort of tracking device. Unfortunately for Chris, this then prompted Hibiki to use [i]her[/i] free arm to take the arm holding the crystal and run off with a "Let's go there, then!"

Unfortunate, because out of the two of them, only one was a martial artist and semi-training fanatic. And it wasn't the one whose ability to fight consisted of producing more firepower than a normal artillery battalion at will.

The run through the streets of Tokyo was more like tugging the other girl along by the end, culminating in standing across a quartet of people standing awkwardly in the street--three of them blonde and one with white hair. But unlike her and Chris (well, arguably with Chris) they didn't seem to fit in so much.

And that's when the crystal started to respond more strongly, leaving the other girl's hand...
