Her build is slender and agile, she practically personifies the word 'Nimble'. This is partially natural genetics and partially due to how she has honed her personal fighting style. Race Human Team SRTC Personality Cyan, to put it quite bluntly, is a nerd. She's a deeply passionate dork who cares strongly for many things and isn't afraid to express herself in any way she feels is appropriate to the subject at hand. This is especially true when it comes to the dust, aura, and semblances. She is fascinated with what the human soul is capable of as well as what it can accomplish working in tandem with the very elemental forces of all creation. It just makes her so excited! She doesn't have a shy bone in her body, it would be easy to describe her a bubbly and light-hearted in most casual situations, though she can exhibit a deadly and careful focus on the battlefield. Mother says she gets both of those from her father. Her passionate love of the power and abilities that can be employed by humanity has also given her a very healthy respect for the power it has as well. She is well aware that a misstep by someone like her on the battle field could result in far more harm than good. A dust witch without discipline in battle is like a child with a gun; a danger to themselves and others. Likes Dust Semblances Aura The various applications there of People in general Hugs, she's a hugger. Sweets Dislikes Bullies People who are too serious outside of combat People who are not serious enough in combat Bugs in general Fears Losing control of dust working and hurting someone Not being a good huntress failing to protect those around her from monsters or herself Motivation Oh, plenty of reasons. Cyan has always been the type of person who feels a great deal of empathy and responsibility to those around her and as such a desire to help her fellows burns deeply in her heart, and at the end of the day, this was the area her skills most lay. She would be lying if she didn't admit it had something to do with following her father's footsteps. Brief Bio Cyan is the daughter of Dust researcher for Atlus military. While her mother never married her job developing applications for dust in combat had brought her close to a Huntesman. He was originally from Vale, but had followed a string of jobs that lead him to doing a great deal of work in Atlus. One thing led to anouther between the pair of them and eventually Cyan came along. She is very much a reflection of her parents, so they seem to tell her. She developed much of her fathers outgoing and friendly personality. From her mother, she developed her love of dust and the countless applications it held. And from both of them, she learned that those with power or ability should use those gifts to help the world. As Cyan grew up never much fit in around Atlas. Not very well at least. Oh sure most people didn't hate her or anything, but her unrestrained enthuasum contasted the very military dicipline that permiated most of life in the harsh cold kingdom. She was able to make friends with the other oddballs, as there are always fellow oddballs, but even so, they always seemed to have a slightly better handle on keeping themselves in line when it really mattered in front of teachers or other adults. Cyan never really seemed to get the hang of it. In her mind, if it wasn't the battlefield or training arena, what was the harm in a light heart? While she had her mothers love for dust, she didn't quite have the technical aptitude to find ways to apply it to technology as her mother does, so instead, she decided to follow in her father's footsteps. If she was going to help people, help the world, she would become a huntress. After managing to work her way through a combat academy she decided she was going to Hunter Acadamy in her fathers home country. Partially at his urging, he enjoyed her free spirit and thought that a wildflower like her would do better in Beacon than the more strict militaristic Atlus. Semblance Agius. Her semblance is her best form of defense. She is able to encase herself in a dimond like shell, appearing for all the world as if she has become a glittering statue of incredible tough glass. While Agius is activated she can not move, nor can she really breathe, to that end she can not hold Agius up any longer than she can hold her breath. Though in the brief monsts Agius is activated it hard to do any proper damage to her. Good for tanking hits untill team mates can get her foe off her back, or for jumping infront of a downed ally to block incoming attacks. She wagers this was likely born from how deeply inturnalized and respectful fear of how dangerious out of control dust can be. She does tend to walk around with enough on hand (if extra securely contained ) to reduce her to a smoking creater and spread bits of her across most of remnate. Agius, as she calls it, is her safety policy Incase something triggers all her dust to go off at once. Weaponry Elemental Edge( as seen in Character Image ). Her primary weapon is her wand. It acts as a focus and channeling divice for her dust. It plugs into cartages she keeps about her person that help her safely contain and channel her dust workings. She is still working on her master, Only comfortable with the 4 primary dust of fire air water and earth, likewise, her techniques are not overly complex. It is suffice to say she has skill in the direct approce to dust workings. She is more comfortable with hurling blasts of fire or pillars of stone. than doing tricky things like summoning storms the fire giant spikes of ice for example. While her fine technical skills still have a ways to go she has a great deal of oomph, and can call forth quite impressive displays of destruction, assuming she has space and time to work. When not plugged into a dust case it doubles as a parrying dagger once she has removed the focal point tip. The stiff construction and keen point making it great for getting through armor and a thick hide, or fending off attacks.
