Julius is a carrier of corporeal diseases, though he's immune to all of them. He can pick and choose diseases based on effect and delivery method and then must put it into practice, i.e using his blood to pass a blood borne disease to people. Lastly he can compound different diseases into new deadlier ones. He uses these powers to infect a host which he then strategically inserts into the targeted area to spread the disease.
