They are fired swiftly and in quick succession, but they have absurdly high spread. Description: Kiko was born to a man named Thomas Mazzini and a woman named Keiko Ishikawa. She is of mixed racial heritage, as Thomas hails from the US of A and is of Italian descent. Kiko is a fanciful girl, full of notions of how she’ll make her mark of the Heroing world and how she’ll shoot down all the bad guys. She’s somewhat irreverent, and has a tendency to talk to anyone the way she’d talk to a casual acquaintance. In spite of her weird habits, she’s a fairly kind person at heart, and you would never find her acting like a bully, or worse, a criminal. Kiko’s road to heroism began with movies shown to her by her dad when she was little. While there were plenty of action films and shooters to get her riled up with, the one Thomas most regrets showing her was an old style mobster film, filled with cliché lingo and people with Tommy guns. The young Kiko loved the movie so much, and Thomas let on that their Italian-American heritage had a passing link to those times. He even put on a mobster costume and put on a small show with his quirk, just a harmless piece of entertainment for his tiny daughter. He had no idea what he had just inspired in her. She was now convinced her dad was actually in the mafia. She told people her daddy was in the mafia. She started acting like a mobster at school. Attempts to convince her otherwise only resulted in her thinking her daddy was undercover. She was now determined to grow up and use her quirk to shoot things up, just like in the movies. She got in trouble more than a few times for using her quirk inappropriately. The kicker was she still wanted to be a Hero. Not a villain, not a criminal, but a Hero. Even as others around her began to swear she was some kindof delinquent, and as her teachers thought of her as a problem child, Kiko insisted she was going to be a pro Hero. She was quite distraught when multiple sources informed her she was of a terrible temperament to pursue Heroism. Given how troublesome she’d been, her parents weren’t sure they even wanted her to try to be a Hero, but this was where her mom stepped in. Keiko told Kiko had one chance; she could agree to shape up and really try hard, and they’d try their hardest to get her into an academy, or she’d have to forget about the whole thing. Kiko readily agreed, and she was then ushered into the only academy likely to take her; Jigokuraku.
