Her build is also not as voluptuous as in the picture, instead being one more fitting for a girl in her teenage years. The flower on her head varies but it's always a fragrant one, easily giving out her presence to the bystanders.

[b][color=8dc73f]Description:[/color][/b] On a twist of fate that made more than a few persons turn their heads and resulted in the hollering laughter of a particularly lively uncle the moment the news arrived, Haruka was born into a family of fishermen. Perhaps because of this contrast between her nature and her family's business practice, Haruka was always groomed and cherised by her parents and numerous cousins, being particularly close to her mother and aunts due to being the most stereotypically feminine one between the more hardened and strong-willed women of that generation of her family.

Well-mannered and easy-going, Haruka found herself quickly rising in popularity in school amidst both the boys and girls, attention that she easily grew accostumed to. In academic matters she rarely had any issues, not being particularly smart but progressing through sheer dilligence. As the years passed by and she grew older and more mature, people could see how she was becoming more and more of a perfect housewife: the old women of her family were all too eager to teach her the skills and tricks they've learned from their married lives. However, this wasn't all that had changed.

Due to the positive attention and support she had received throught her life, Haruka had slowly grown to become vain and superficial. It wasn't enough of an issue to overshadow her prim and proper behavior, but people generally agree that there's an undeniable smugness behind her smile as of late. Not only that, but her recent failure at the UA entrance exam, a place where she wanted to enter due to its prestigious nature and get the chance to meet one of her idols, gave way to the ocassional display of a sharp wit and venomous tongue that had been previously kept at bay. 

After the failed exam, which she behemently avoids talking about, Haruka got a part-time job as a waitress at the coffeehouse near the Courtyards. However, the moment she got word that Jigokuraku Academy had come to be, she wasted no time. This was a new opportunity, and she was going to take it.

Despite what the name would imply, Haruka's not a plant that became able to think, but rather a human with numerous plant-like aspects. From the versatile ability of turning her limbs into several vines to the hindrance of depending on the seasons to be useful, Haruka's aware of only a few of the multitude of capabilities of her own quirk.
