Description: Born in a bustling city to two wannabe pro heroes in the works, Toya was a child that never got bored with the amount of praise that she got growing up from her parents, her brother who was 6 years older than her got the same treatment but was a lot more stubborn about it. She grew up to resemble both her mother and her father, shorter than her father at 5'8 but taller and more muscular than her mother. She has a few burn marks up her arms from experimenting with her quirk as a child as many thought she would inherit the thick cloud like quirk her father had, her mother having a pulse wave quirk. She's quite slender but well toned at the same time, her hair cut down but usually frizzy and a bit tangled, her eyes blazing a bright red. Growing up, she developed a very cutting and jokey personality, jumping from group to group always looking for more friends to make and more people to tease. In truth, she was a sociable butterfly from elementary age and would be very whimsical, speaking of huge dreams but at the same time utilising sarcasm that she had learnt from her father. Snarky but kind and affectionate to those who seem alright and are nice to her, she was a handful for most babysitters when the parents were out doing their stuff. When she reached the age of 10, her parents began to be worried. Unlike her older brother, her quirk was a lot more lackluster, the steam being difficult for her to use much and the two career heroes realised their daughter wasn't going to be able to fill their shoes. They still loved her, but she could feel the change. She took to learning how to cook spicy food and drumming in ways to impress her parents, who were thrilled and supported her but her brother began accusing the two of them of showing preference over his little sister when he was progressing to becoming a pro soon. As she reached the age of 13, the child who had been forced to act more adult than her age received shattering news. According to investigators and the news, a rogue villain broke into their house one day when she was at school and her father was at work. Her brother, who had just been out on an errand returned home to find her dead. After days of accusing his father of committing the murder, he packed up his stuff and left, telling both him and Toya to face the facts. Fast forward a year or two, and Toya, finally having confronted the fact her mother was gone, decided the best way to cheer her dad up was to apply for hero academies. These didn't go well as she barely even made it to half the entrance exams, but by some fluke, she finally found one that would accept her. Jigokuraku Academy was her goal where she would stake her claim!
