Joseph, and his magic hat, Camddealltwriaeth. Camddealltwriaeth is one of the most powerful magical artifacts in the multiverse, but it is, unfortunately, very hard of hearing. This difficulty in hearing is made even worse by the fact that it is a Welsh artifact, and Joseph is only capable of speaking English. The hat is also rather proud, and doesn't take kindly to being yelled at or ordered around too much.

While Joseph is theoretically capable of wielding reality-bending powers beyond the comprehension of even himself, he only has about a 5% of things actually going the way he intended. Something usually happens though. 

One of the more recent somethings was Joseph being shifted from his universe to this one, which does much to explain the fact that he is dressed and equipped more like a fantasy character than a superhero.
