Overly energetic, cutesy, issues respecting people’s personal space, likes to bite/nibble people, even those who she doesn’t know, affectionately nibbles/bites to those she likes, will greet people with hugs and nibbles/bites, is very out there, crazy out there ideas, has a disregard for her own safety and sometimes fails to understand the safety of others, will not turn anyone into a vampire unless they request and are [i]very[/i] sure about it.

Things the suit user touches can be energised with an energy of the users choice, the arrows can be charges to have different effects (chain lightning, Flash freeze, Implosion and Gravity wells)(more could be made later in the RP). The other weapons can be charged to have these effects as an on-hit effect, along with the individual cards.
