Her years keeping weapons coming out of the Manufacturing Ring afford her a keen sense to the quality and upkeep of various weapons, and fuel her avatars combat prowess.[/indent]

While her aim is her proudest trait, her keen eye and high charisma definitely rank among her most defining features.[/indent]

Practically speaking, she just enjoys teasing people, as though they were her friends, regardless of their actual relationship with each other. Topped with the confidence that there's nothing a person can do to her that she can't handle, she's well suited to insulting and being insulted on a regular basis - exactly how she likes it. This certainly goes vice versa, both in and out of virtual reality, which her coworkers will happily attest to.

[indent]Cassie spent most of her life without a family, per se. After her parents were gunned down trying to cross into the City Ring without clearance, she spent her time bunking with various families in the Slums for as long as they were willing to keep her around. While those families were out working to sustain themselves, she mooched off their Universe connections, where she developed an interest in guns, and used her days to gather as much money as possible on her account before she was either asked to leave or kicked out. When she was old enough to enter into an industry, she applied immediately to the manufacturing of weaponry for the City Ring and armed police, and worked her way up the chain until she gained clearance to live within the lower tier of the City. Her years of early life spent grinding for cash on her account turned into an easy way to afford decent gear once she had a stable connection to The Universe, and from there she transformed herself into the gunslinger she is today.[/indent]

Nothing special or particularly rare, but a useful tool and aesthetic piece nonetheless.[/indent]

With the Fae magic of Grammerie, making something be something, the Felurian crafted one such Shaed and gifted it to Kvothe.

The Shaed itself moves of its own accord, swishing and billowing gently even in areas of no wind. However it can be manipulated by the wearer - allowing Freischutz to change it from a long, full body cloak into a short, not even back length cape. It also provides defence from physical damage, lessening damage to a quarter of its actual value, while having the Shaed covering her body in darkness grants complete magical invisibility, only discernible through Truesight or greater.[/indent]
