[color=FEFB47][b]Quirk:[/b][/color] Speed Theft - Seijin siphons or 'steals' the speed off of objects and/or people to slow or even outright stop them in their tracks. The upper limit of his ability to steal speed caps off at the point when his bodily functions begin to run too fast, raising his body temperature and causing him to overheat.

[color=FEFB47][b]Description:[/b][/color] Seijin remembers always standing head and shoulders above his classmates. His awkward gangliness and tall stature being a sore topic for him, that was until his muscles started to fill in. Natural height and lean figure having provided him the tools to grow and excel in basketball, really boosting his self-confidence and letting him grow out of his shell. He's not the smartest person in the room by any means, in fact sometimes he comes off as an airhead but Seijin still carries himself with a great deal of pride and as a witty personality. 

Seijin's early awkward stages of life, the times when he couldn't properly socialise, when his height wasn't yet a source of pride for him, when he wasn't the kind of person who he is now. Being carted in and out of the hospital ER – reason being his Quirk which when overused could induce cardiac arrest - and even having gone so far as to implant a heart rate monitor/pseudo-pacemaker, all did little to help settle things. Frankly speaking, his complete change of self and behaviour may all be an overcompensation for the past he'd like to forget.  

Despite having grown into something of a delinquent who'd more than likely throw his weight around just for getting a kick out of it, he tries to be the best possible son for his single mother who'd be the happiest for Seijinn's new, confident self if he just hadn't picked up less than savoury traits as well. His home life isn't something that he would open up about in a conversation. School life so far has been uneventful with classtime naps, forgettable friends, and a lot of basketball matches won but perhaps that'd come to change with Jigokuraku.
