A. Wouldn't Heaven's armies come down if Hell's armies rose up?

B. I don't want a nuke chain reaction, because it would turn into a apocalypse survival due to the Nuclear Winter. (no zombies or muties, but still a survival seeing as most of the food supplies being contaminated, as well as water supplies.)
