Appearance: Dolores wears a cheap tuxedo sold in a pawn shop, ugly stains and grease are dotted on it. Dolores is a tall individual, and lanky individual. His hair is black and cropped short. He doesn't emote often, he has a broken nose, but besides that his features could be considered attractive if you squinted.

Dolores through his right hand, or left hand, like a fire hose Dolores can spray out water with incredible force. However he needs to properly brace himself otherwise it would knock him off balance. Which makes it unwise to fire both hands at once.

Whenever it rains, Dolore's power will increase. 

-Biography: Dolores was not born in Redensia, his birth place was in of the larger surrounding nations. He was born at the very bottom of society, homeless and on the streets. He never had any parents, instead he had been found and raised in an orphanage. Nothing important ever came of Dolores after that, he joined a gang and dabbled in petty warfare, minor theft, he was never important, special, or worthwhile. 

However, that changed when he discovered that he possessed the gift, and he was invited to the academy. With no love for his nation and the city he had been born in, Dolores swiftly left for Redensia. He only brought an oar from the boat he used to navigate the rivers and enter the republic of Redensia.
