The meeting came to an end early in the afternoon. Most of the discussions had focused on how they would use the supplies that were coming in as well as preparing for the battle that would surely follow. The barons all seemed rather eager to receive their supplies after having been raided so badly by Jaxon and with talk of battle plans, it nearly felt like things were returning to normal after having to deal with the murderous group of thieves. Unfortunately, Penelope couldn't share their relief of getting supplies nor the feeling of normalcy. The female knight was far too considered about Crow and what the meeting the next morning would decide. Everyone seemed in agreement over the punishment and even though Mia hadn't agreed, she figured it was just so she could buy time to talk to Crow. There was likely little that the thief could say for her to not agree with them. Since focus needed to return to the war, Mia would want to tie up this loose end quickly and with that in mind, it was unlikely she would want to cause arguments by disagreeing with the other two barons. He still has time though... They aren't deciding until tomorrow morning anyways.. I can figure something out. Penelope assured herself as she walked towards the supply storage with Tomas. She had volunteered to help him get prepared for the shipment coming in soon as a way to keep busy until her shift at night. However, she likely wouldn't be much help as she continued to wrack her mind to come up with a solution. --- With the meeting reaching an end and a decision on the horizon it was time to visit with the thief again. Mia exited the tent and walked towards the physician's tent. While the punishment was a bit brutal, it also seemed necessary. With a war going on, they couldn't risk going with a lesser punishment and killing him was off the table for the baroness. At least in losing his hands, he would still be alive and eventually granted freedom once he healed. It would just be up to him to figure out a way to keep it. Stepping inside the tent, her gaze fell on the young guard who clearly grew nervous at her sudden arrival. Mia bit back an amused smirk. "Hello Philip. I'd like to speak with the thief for a moment, if you don't mind." she told him, subtly tipping her head towards the exit. "O-ofcourse not." Philip said with a gracious dip of his head before hurrying out of the tent. Mia watched him go before her gaze wandered over to the thief. She eyed him for a moment, wondering how he would react to the news she was about to deliver to him. After saving her lieutenant, she guessed he would likely feel entitled to a lesser punishment, if not just being allowed to leave freely. The baroness shook her head at the ridiculous thought of letting him go unpunished and moved to take a seat in Jane's chair. "Hello again, Crow. I told you before that I would come to visit you once we were nearing a decision. And that time has come." she explained to him with a shrug. "As it stands right now, we will likely choose to have your hands removed."
