It would be an easy way to kill Natasha - to slowly poison her and make it seem like natural causes. The main issue she was running into was why did they want to kill Natasha so far in advance? Had they known that she would attempt to betray them? Or was murdering Natasha just a loose end that Juno was attempting to tidy up? If Natasha had been working for them...
