[indent]Cesarina projects a stoic outward persona, though she might appear cold to people that she has just met. Underneath her reactions are merely subdued and tightly controlled. She views this restraint as a facet of strength and bravery. 
Rina feels embarrassed by any loss of control or moment of weakness, feeling that she has failed herself. It is rare that she trusts anyone enough to reveal the true depth of her emotions.

In her hidden depths she is caring and compassionate,  often worrying about others to an irrational degree. This is at odds to her chosen hobby, but she prides herself in her skill in avoiding causing excessive harm to her opponents,  doing only what is required to secure victory. Cesarina cares little for humor but makes the attempt with dry sarcasm.[/indent]
[b]Abilities:[/b]
[indent][b]Skill - Dueling:[/b] The her mothers side of the family has a long history of fencing and Cesarina is no different. She specializes in live steel fencing where protection is only worn over vital areas and no lunging attacks are used. With modern medicine and the skill of the combatants, scars and lasting injuries are almost unheard of.

Her matched pair of rapiers use lightweight composites for the handle and a layer of steel sandwiched between two layers of titanium in the blade for an incredibly lightweight weapon.[/indent]
[indent][b]Magecraft - Thermo-Kinetic conversion:[/b] A variation on alchemy that was pioneered by the Barsavi family. It uses transmutation to convert between thermal and kinetic energy, draining kinetic energy from a moving object to create heat or removing the thermal energy from an area to impart force upon an object. In its current state the art is very efficient and the family has chosen this generation to conduct research into the conversion of other types of energy.

She carries a thermos full of hot water as a source of readily available energy for her magecraft. The thermos can keep the liquid hot for a long amount of time and the water can be heated and cooled repeatedly without going through any chemical changes.[/indent]
[b]History:[/b]
[indent]Cesarina is the only child of a German mother and her Italian father. Aside from learning magic from her father she also picked up a passion for martial combat from her mothers side of the family. Growing up she was bilingual in German and Italian with English coming easily as well. To work better with her father's style of magecraft she also was given a solid grounding in basic physics.

With her logical approach to everything she has difficulty grasping other styles of magecraft. Her father pushed her to go to Fusang City in order for her to see more of the world and experience other styles of magecraft. She has yet to pick a role for herself in the city, merely getting used to the environment for now while she makes up her mind. One one had she would like to continue her education but on the other she would like to start on a career in this new place.[/indent]
[b]Other:[/b] Her English is flawless and almost without accent but her studies in Mandarin and Japanese are coming along more slowly.
