Mutants and the Makings

[i]All is not as it seems, those in power should not be trusted, these are the few words of wisdom that I can impart before they come for you, or perhaps they are the one who raised you, or perhaps you have been freed and now wish to see the institution fall. [/i]
[i]The word that the mega corporations spread to the general population is that everything is well, and this lets them lead a normal life. This couldn’t be further from the truth as there is an underground war happening between the mega corporations and the ‘free’ as the free supers call themselves. 
It started with the first, a psychic shifter, their name has been lost to the eons along with the name of their companion. There is little that can be recalled beyond the base powers they possessed and a name… Caldwell… 
They started the battles with mother some hundred years ago, and it cost them dearly, many supers were killed during the early days but now, the lines have been drawn and the battle will soon see it’s closing days. [/i]

Some basic rules:
1.)	God Modding is forbidden
2.)	DM’s word is Law.
3.)	Characters must be approved.

Quiet and reserved, Jessica prefers to keep to herself and live vivaciously through her books and the books of her favourite authors. She holds hope in her heart that her quiet life style will go undisturbed. That said she has a strong sense of justice, though she often lacks the courage or the confidence to do anything about the injustice of the world.
