Okay let's stop and break this down a bit...
Servant parameters are not truely indicative of a servants true strength.
True, but permanently active NPs are reflected by changes in parameters. Things that are always on are included.
Since the Luck stat actually lets you shrug off these things and Dantes has so much of it, its above EX
1) Above EX is impossible. EX-Rank is unrankable luck. That is what EX is. "I have more than unrankable luck!" is not a thing that makes sense. 2) He has no Luck stat. This is the worst possible Luck. Wisdom of Crisis allows him to call on luck in dangerous situations (that's the Extra Material translation)... but he has no luck stat. And even then that would be A-ranked Luck at best. As he insists, he's not Edmond Dantes. He's the Count of Monte Cristo. He's an embodiment of vengeance whose hate will never cool and who will never get a reprieve. 3) A repeat: he only has any luck in specific situations, and it's still finite. There is indeed someone with EX-rank Luck. They beat up Poseidon and got a wish-granting device, sinking Atlantis. By accident.
Likewise Dante's Maximum Drifto Manuever seems solely dependent on him having the mana to sustain it since his iron-willed determination and his wait and hope negate any physical downsides. Likewise there is nothing saying the skill enters a cooldown period so there is nothing stopping him using it as pseudo teleportion since its fast enough that it creates *multiple* afterimages. Mana is also a non-issue due to the avenger classification which sustains the servant by their sheer revenge fantasys (and they also generate mana through damage and this NP technically is painful as hell, only not being painful because of Iron-Will). So there is not really anything stopping him from say... going the assassin method and murdering the master of the servant because lightspeed movement is difficult to dodge
... okay where are you drawing these baffling conclusions from. Grand Order and its extra materials are fairly terse on Noble Phantasms. Most Noble Phantasms need to be activated. Those that are not are called out as being always active (and are fairly obviously generally NOT their activated Noble Phantasm in Grand Order). There is nothing suggesting that Enfer Chateau d'If is perpetually active. Or that trying to use it for a long period of time would not drain him to the bone. Sure, he has Self Replenishment: it's also a shitty, shitty rank. He is marginally above Angra Mainyu's marginal amount of energy per "turn"; this probably works out as equivalent to Independent Action of the same rank. He might generate far more when being attacked, but that's more on top of a poor rate. It balances out. Seriously, Enfer Chateau d'If has a fixed number of targets and is Anti-Unit/Anti-Army. That's a generally handy indication it cannot operate infinitely and is not a perpetual speed buff. Attendre, Espérer he can't use on himself. He can resurrect someone else and give them a parameter buff. It does not help. Similarly, Iron-Willed Determination is Calm and Collected + Bravery--it lets him use NPs, it doesn't let him use them infinitely. I think you're seriously overestimating what Dantes can pull off. We know what he could do alive: he killed one of Roa's incarnations. That's a great achievement, but Roa's incarnations aren't on the level of Servants. What he can do is fight far older servants on an even footing, but he's not any more powerful than Saber would be even at his best.
