[@CosmicComet] the racing(real world) is run by the crime syndicates. While people can enter themselves, the majority are sponsored in some way by a gang. While I haven’t gone into detail about gangs, they do exist and feel free to create one. The only gang I’ve really alluded to is Jin’s.

The races are lucrative for the gangs who earn large sums of money from them whether it be ticket sales or bets. The drivers on the other hand only earn a small portion but it’s still better than working in the factories.
