The name of the game is enhancements. His primary utilization of magic is in multiplying the innate abilities of people or items in contact with him. He can go up to ten times the inital ability though the higher multipliers are far more mana intensive.
His secondary magic is in imbuing enchantments into objects. An incredibly lengthy task, he first has to carve runes to the effect he wants before bathing it in his magic for up to a day to get the energy to click.
