They believe that vampirism is a sickness, requiring quarantine from the rest of humanity, due to a person's natural cruelty and sinful nature making it inevitable that they’ll hurt innocent people. 
To identify themselves they wear [url=https://www.etsy.com/market/agate_slice]agate pendants[/url]; this came about in the middle ages, when agate was believed to cure poisoning.
In modern times the order is hierarchical and rigid, but often beliefs and behavior vary widely between members, due to the age and large size of the order. The more authority you have, the more pressure you’re under..[/indent]

Sardius

[indent]An offshoot of the Veneni, Sardions believe their cultic order will give rise to the antichrist and trigger the end times. Therefore they behave as chaotically and cruelly as possible, in an attempt to end all suffering for good. This group split from the Veneni around the fall of Rome.[/indent]
