Magic:
- Helping Hands. Summons floating, opalescent hands that can act at a distance.  They are capable of exerting enough force to hold about 300 pounds suspended in the air.  This power is divided among any number of hands she chooses to summon.  The more hands she has, the weaker they each are, and the dimmer they glow.  Each is controlled as if it were an additional appendage, so doing multiple complex things is very difficult.  

- Artifice. Tsutomi can create magical devices out of mundane components. It takes time and, like her virtue indicates, hard work. 


History: Her father is a factory foreman, and her mother owns a cleaning service.  As a couple, they make plenty of money, in exchange for hard work all day everyday.  Though they value this diligence, and instilled it into their daughter, they wanted a better life for her, and so spent the money to put her in a good school.  

And so, to meet expectations, Tsutomi has been putting in all the hard work to keep her grades up so that she can… what?  She didn’t know.  As she comes closer to graduation, she has become increasingly anxious and indecisive, only knowing that she must keep her work ethic, even without an end goal.  

That is, until a Keeper found her, and gave her a new purpose.
