Quirk: Fungus Wonders
User can turn body parts into lump of special mold and vice versa. He can freely control them as far as his brain allows. The fungus can grow well in damp and dark environment, and is able to decompose organic matter like ordinary mold.
When given enough dna sample(preferrably liquid, such as blood), the mold can turn into tissue of the given person.

Background:
A son of two vigilantes, who had hearts of gold but couldn’t get the hero license to become professional heroes. They worked at day and patrolled at night, defending the blind spots of most of the local heroes and running to help the citizens when the heroes were late. The two stopped temprarily after the birth of Mycel, concentrating on raising him good. They wanted him to have the heart like they did, even if he became something else than a hero.
Unluckily for Mycel was far from a person with a heart of gold. As he grew, he found the importance of order than justice. Seeking way to enforce law the best way, he was leaded to becoming a professional hero for its flexibility of actions. Mycel spent most of the time stuck in his room, studying for the schools and researching use of his quirk, which everyone thought was hopeless ever since it manifested. Obviously-they were wrong. Mycel found various ways to use it, and with a handful of tricks up his sleeves he triumphantly entered UA.
