   Out in the distance, there was some kind of howling. It almost sounded like a pack of wolves. [color=crimson]"What on earth?"[/color] Lance peered outside, and was greeted by what looked like lightning, though it was coming from somewhere in the treetops. The acorn seemed concerned. According to him, any Pokemon that howls was likely a pack predator. [color=crimson]"Do you honestly plan on going out there alone?"[/color]

   At first, Lance had been reluctant to go out there, but now there was a clear threat to those who had gone out into the storm. His new body was very clearly built for combat. Whatever these creatures were, he could probably handle them. [color=crimson]"I'm going as well. Celina, Jeri, stay here and keep the fire going."[/color] With that, he disappeared out into the storm, right behind Nathan.
