Operation Shattered Steel is basically Operation Ouka in canon timeline. Besides a few minor changes, I will be sticking to the alternative timeline up until 2004. Th Alternative plans still exist alongside a new one called Alternative VI which is the complete removal of all BETA from the solar system and building of satellite defense systems around both Earth and the Moon.
