So this one's a bit more backstory rich. The Kemono family, Misumi's family, is a bit of a 'animals fanatic' family. They find people with animal based quirk, marry them, and have kids. If you have watched the anime at least up to season 2 I'll elaborate more about this part. Anyways, Misumi is one of the best results they had so far- the queen of the sea.

A mixture of various water-mostly sea- related mutation quirks.

+Her skin is usually purple(can change depending on emotions and stuff), but nobody is sure how her quirk effected her that way.

Misumi has four tentacles-two of a squid's, two of an octopus', on her back-sides (kinda on Latissimus dorsi muscles ) that she can move freely to her will. The tentacles will rapidly regenerate when sliced off/injured, and can extend. The range can increase as she grows or trains.

Current range is: 8 meters

Misumi can turn her body fluorescent thanks to the jellyfish part of her quirk-except her tail. Her hair gains blue glowing highlights. Also she has a collection of hair (here's a tvtropes link for a better explanation or whatever), which has a bright yellow tip that can glow to the girl's will.

Her left hand has crab-like shells. Also she has gills around her neck.

Due to her octopus/squid part of her quirk Misumi can spit black ink from her mouth. She can control the viscosity of the ink fluid.

Water Mode:

Misumi can turn herself into a much more 'aggressive form'-her tentacles, tail, and left arm gains extra armor. Her body gains a growth spurt-bigger everything, including her muscles, resulting in an overall buff for her physical power(including her inhuman parts such as tentacles). Her skin is covered with shark-like scales. Misumi requires a lot of water supplied constantly to keep this mode lasting, which makes places underwater the best place to use it.

Misumi's body is naturally able to regenerate even if it's cut off, though very slowly(except for the armor part of her left hand, unless she loses the hand whole). The regeneration speed is extremely boosted when she enters 'water mode'.
