You can make your own monster and play as them along with the tamer. But this is meant to mimic a monster tamer rpg. Not a monster rpg. Sorry.

You will acquire one monster at the start of your characters journey. You are welcome to make your own as long as its not too strong. 

Her appearance needs more to it. What is lacking in it? Could you imagine what she looked like from what you wrote? 

What kind of bow and arrows does she have? Wooden? Iron arrows? Steel? What about survival supplies? She will get a few essentials before traveling in the story though. 

Once you fix these few issues it'll be good.
