His father ran a business known to the public as one regarding debt collection and repossession along the east coast. To those who knew his father and his employees well, they were all involved in a crime faction, one of the most successful branches in the Mafia. Jude lost his mother around the age of 5 during a raid from an opposing rival. The situation went bad when an unknown henchman shot her as she attempted to protect her son. Apparently, the enemies goal was to eliminate Jude who was the next in line as head of the gang. The next Grand Don.

Years had passed, after his mothers death the people Judes father employed each took turns taking care of the boy while their Master was out. This led to a life filled with bad influences. Killing, drinking, drugs, partying, and robbery were only a few of the things the troubled youth was involved in. After a failed plan the law finally caught up with Judaeus, he had attempted to steal a rare artifact and was offered a plea bargain. His job was to testify against a dangerous criminal... one of which had been on the federal Most Wanted list for over a decade. Reason being that anyone who had ever tried to turn him in ended up in a body bag. In return he would be given a full pardon as well as access to the witness protection program.

Since he had surprisingly good grades and a decent stipend from his father, it was ordered that he relocate to Ouran Academy located in Japan. No one was to know the reason he was there or who he really was, no one except for the dean (Tamaki's father). 
Being the boy he was, Jude was known throughout the academy for having the wildest parties. He made sure to host one at least every weekend in order to curb his boredom.[/color][/indent]
