First and foremost let's address my pet peeve: I don't really see her having martial arts given that she's a scientist. I mean, the rest of her skills make sense given her character but idk about self-defense training. Hell, even having basic gun training makes more sense to me.

Okay from who and why? I don't really see FAMA throwing around grants like that unless she was a registered scientist under them or under a strict agreement. 

Her power's going to need some adjustments because, while it's good on paper, I'm not going to allow her to be able to go around altering people's genes without their consents. So you could say that people normally resist it but can allow her to do it. In addition, her concentration weakness sounds like a somewhat vague weakness given what constitutes as "concentration". I think her body reacting negatively to all those genetic changes would be nice. Like vomiting, pains, maybe some fun stuff like her teeth and hair falling out, after using her power would be sufficient.

I also want to know how she created the dinosaur in the first place given that, from my understanding, she needs genetics in order to work and first where did she get dinosaur genes from (since those are a little hard to come across) and what did she use to make it? Again she can't create something from nothing it seems so did she actually create a dinosaur or something that looks like one.
