Vincent nodded to Ratte once she thanked him. "It's no issue. If it makes things easier for you, all the better." He said. "I would offer support in terms of manpower, but..." He paused. "...let's just say that the County and I aren't exactly on good terms. It is best if I try to remain as removed from the situation as possible. You may have some luck recruiting locals though." He rubs his chin a little, looking towards the glass table in front of him before looking back to Ratte. "Oh, that reminds me. I'm sure this is standard protocol at this point, but if anyone asks, you're doing this of your own accord. You never came here, and you never spoke to me." He leaned back, taking another sip from his glass of wine. "If you get caught, I will not bail you or any associates out. But if you honor the contract, and my previous statement, I may be able to help you out in other ways." He finished his glass of wine, setting it onto the glass table in front of him. "Even then, please do not let it come to that." In regards to her question, he gives a soft nod. "They may have the castle blueprints on public record, but they might require some time and some legal forms to access. If you have no luck there, the county commission and GoldShield Private Security may have possession." He said before pulling out a carton of cigarettes. He produced a single cigarette from the carton, and after pressing his lips onto it, he snapped his fingers to produce a single candle-like flame from his fingertip. He used that magical flame to light his cigarette, before the flame went out. After taking a drag, he held the carton out for Ratte, offering a smoke. "They're herbals, nothing cancer-inducing." He simply informed.
