She had no initial reaction to the scenery that was cascaded around her. The vibrant hues of the odd colored jungle made her cringe. It was hard to understand something new, to be out of her own domain where she knew everything by heart, never having to worry about her own thoughts on top of others. She turned herself to the trunk of the tree, her eyes fixated on the golden figure in front of her. She studied her head to toe, learning each fragment on her self being from the different shades of gold that contoured her face and hips, her eyes being brighter than her locks of gold. Jealousy, resentment against a rival, a person enjoying success or advantage. She repeated the definition in her head, to make sure that was the emotion she was truly feeling. But she was completely inaccurate. She was… Fascinated, to arouse the interest or curiosity of; allure. She felt herself smile as her body began to relax. She could never move on to something else until she had completely dissembled her emotions enough for her own self to understand. The woman held out a sealed envelope with ‘Evangeline’, she took the letter accordingly. My star Evangeline, This is your new beginning, spend more time hearing your own thoughts and living a life for yourself. Learn to love the simple things in life, learn that not knowing everything is the beauty of life. You are only to guide the minds of fatal thoughts, you will learn on your own my one and only that you have more control than you think. Now, take a look around. Explore. Live. - Love, daddy She felt her chest become tight, she wasn’t ready. She couldn’t be alone, to be all on her own with a million thoughts. She felt herself cave and thousands of voices at once began to rambled in her head, some whispered some screamed. She pulled the letter from her face and let herself become statue like until the voices finally calmed and soon faded. She was never allowed to seem weak, when she becomes vulnerable, her mind becomes open to the people who don’t belong there. Opening her eyes to the world she looked over an edge, she looked as far as she could. Everything was so beautiful and serene. She felt captivated by it, she wanted to sink herself in to the soft grass and become part of the forest. She then turned to see a temple. They had similar buildings on her world, but she had never been inside one. She noticed some people stood in front of the temple, some were heading in to the large open doorway. She too hesitated before deciding that she would make her way in side also. She held on to the letter next to her side, and continued to make her way in. She spotted a few different faces, she had learned to study them quickly before they thought she was staring at them in some way. She stopped not knowing what way to go next, she stood close to a small fountain that was placed in the side of the room, sitting along the edge to look at the colorful fish that swam around each other. She began to study their patterns, matching one with the other. Something to occupy her mind.
