As a player or GM you make a "campaign" to hold your rolls and then you copy the link to the result and paste it. That way as a GM you can click on it and verify the results. My only complaint is that it's limited in features so stuff like like exploding dice has to be done manually. 

Also, no. Let them roll themselves. If they read the rules they should know what to use or at least ask in the OOC thread. Inputting the commands to roll in a specific manner isn't difficult to do.
