Biography:
job: works in biogenetic research (mostly focuses on genetic disorders)
house: lives in a small flat close to Pike Place Market which she walks through to get to work)
backstory: in her building there used to be a section that focused on biogenetic engineering to advance human abilities, one day she saw that some of the data for their projects she had never seen before in briefing meetings. after work that day she decided to go explore their labs and found one of the projects labeled "beast" the leading scientist on that project walked into the room while she was examining it causing her to get startled and drop it, it shattered and spilled all over her (unknown to her it was created using some of the DNA of one of the radioactive spiders in the Aprico project) . she passed out and woke up to learn that the scientist had tried to kill her after her discovery but her friend had heard the commotion and interfered just in time pushing him out of the way as he shot her causing the bullet to go off course and it grazed exactly where she had dropped the vial causing some of it to seep into an open wound caused by the bullet and into her bloodstream, the scientist got a life sentence. over time she learned that she had powers. eventually and after the death of her father (uncle ben backstory basically you know the rest). after that, she managed to get into a pattern of life being a hero and continuing her research.

    and then she got the request. she and her small group of researchers (her 3 close friends, the only people who know what REALLY happened to her that day in the lab) were requested by the research center to move to someplace called Bell Reach where they could do some more research with the aid of the major tech companies there. the request was met with a certain lack of enthusiasm by Emma, she liked her current live very much and was not excited to leave Seattle where she had spent all her life even if it was only for a year or so nevertheless she wasn't going to turn it down just because she didn't want to leave, it was important to her research. so she got her friend Adam to watch her apartment, packed up her stuff, said goodbye and left.
power recap: she gained spiderman like abilities but also a venom likeability, due to only some of the project entering her bloodstream instead of all of it via injection like it would have been intended she didn't get the full effect of it. the project was supposed to create something monster-like but instead of being stuck permanently like that she could control transformations

Personality: very friendly and extremely nice. shes a good talker, listener, and advice giver as well as being easygoing, she has a good sense of humor and is the kind of person you would want on a road trip (trust me on this one even if it confuses you im not going to explain it).
