[/quote] White and black are both the absence of all color. Additive, like mixing pigments, white is the absence of color. Mix enough pigment together, you'd eventually get black. Subtractive, like mixing lights, black is the absence of colored light. Mix enough light together, you'd eventually get white. So black is the absorption of all color, white is the reflection of all color. god, why the fuck is color so fuckin weird
