Name: Bugsy Malone Gender: Male Age: 41 Stand: Hip to be Square Appearance: 5’6” lean build white man with balding brown hair, rectangular glasses, brown eyes, super nerdy and out of date blue-brown suit. Carries briefcase with microphone in it. Personality: Tells horrendous jokes that are either poor quality or terribly outdated, and gets outraged when an audience is unresponsive. HE’S FUNNY DAMMIT! Super bitter over decades of a failed, struggling career as a stand up comedian. When he gets a laugh, becomes giddy and proud. Skills: Stand up comedy - Yeah, no. He’s awful. Just the worst. The only laughs he gets are laughs at how pathetic he is. Coordination - Also poor. He’s a walking slapstick show. If he weren’t so mortified and embarrassed, he could turn it into a legitimate comedy act. History: He has dreamt of being a famous stand-up comedian since age 8, and never made any other plans. Traveling to open mic nights across the country since dropping out of school at 16, he has been struggling to make ends meet since then. Since gaining a Stand, Bugsy has decided to take the money the world owes him for his act, and has begun stealing money and valuables from people he targets with his Stand. Other: Named after the gangster Bugsy Malone.

Stand Name: Hip To Be Square Stand Parameters: Power: C Speed: A Range: B Staying: C Precision: D Learning: B Stand Description: A humanoid Stand the same height and build as its user. The head resembles the “comedy” mask from the theater duo of comedy and tragedy. The arms and legs appear to be made of segmented rings inflated like balloons, while the fingers are multi-colored confetti. The left side of the body is colored red, while the right side is white. Power Description: An automatic type Stand, Bugsy’s control of Hip to be Square is limited. It activates its ability automatically when someone laughs at the expense of its user, even the smallest inward chuckle, and emerges from the user to strike the offender. Once struck by H2BS, the victim has their tickling sensation stimulated across their entire body, rapidly escalating to full intensity, complete with convulsions, spasms, and the inability to breathe. Can be manually dismissed by the user at will, or the victim can overcome the tickling sensation by providing a real, genuine laugh for one of Bugsy’s jokes. Laughing at his expense does not lift the ability of H2BS. Other: Named after the song “Hip To Be Square” by Huey Lewis And The News. In fact, on the day proper, they arrived at the center with a good half an hour to spare before the show itself started; whatever their ideas for dealing with the trio were, they'd have that long before the group made the stage, and another two hours after that before they came off again. Even now, the crowd both outside and inside the building was rather large, and it was quite obvious the Crues had something of a reputation - whether pre-built, or recently developed from their stunt the day before thanks to word of mouth. Evidently, a public confrontation might be plausible, but also a tad difficult to play off if somebody powerless, or God forbid another Stand user caught them out; likewise, catching the brothers away from the crowds might require skulduggery on the SWF hires' parts, and carried risks of its own if they were seen. All depended on how they wanted to play their cards...
