Veronika is one of the more studious people in her family. Despite this, she was treated as a oddball due to her obsession with research and her father’s reputation. When her status is brought up people are often surprised that others want to know about her due to her odd status. Her obsession with various “unwelcome” things was due to her status as a outcast and her lack of friends and understanding family growing up. Her lack of social skills stems from the main fact that she always had to worry about herself first rather than socializing with others. This and not being used to having friendly relationships makes her retort with harsh remarks when she often doesn't mean it.

Veronika was born in Russia where she lived most of her life her father was a brilliant hitman by the name of Alexei. He was a skilled hitman who rarely failed his shots to the point he made many enemies. As such Veronika’s childhood was lived secluded with her tutors/nannies that he hired as he tried to do his best to make sure she was taken care of. She never knew her mother having died at childbirth but that mattered little to her her Father was there for her even if he wasn’t able to visit often. This was her life growing up while she was alone she turned her attention to things that caught her interest and those passions soon became a obsession of sorts she studied learned more. This made her even more of a outcast among the peers from her seclusive nature to her habit of diving into things to the point of near obsession which drove her away from others. To avoid being hurt she ended up secluding herself more as she turned more and more into her studies and research as they as a whole didn’t hurt her like her peers did. 

It was brief but Veronika faintly remembers a happier time when things wasn't as bad she had a friend or something that resembled a friend? She wasn't sure but it took a month of begging her father and he took her on a trip to Japan where she was placed under the care of yet another tutor. Though that was a magical moment as that tutor made her one day go out where she met a boy who would be her friend. While she doesn't fully remember his name she remembered his bull headed attitude and how he would drag to places to explore and play. The possible bullies was also quickly knocked down by him he was truly her knight in shining armor. She remembered a few times it was hazy but him running full into a river to rescue a puppy that turned out to be a toy. To a few other examples such as his grand idea to find lost treasure in the river these times she remembered briefly and though she was in japan for two years. Though she had to move back left them in a tearful farewell it wasn't well remembered but she knew that somewhere out there she had a friend and that thought was more than enough to keep her going. 

Her natural intelligence and her hardworking attitude made it where she excelled in her studies by the private tutors hired by her father. Having little reason to interact with others due to their snide remarks she threw herself into her studies learning what she could that she soon became known as a eccentric. Her father often being to busy did his best to make sure she had what she wanted and or need as his way to make his love for her known. This of course ranged from her hobbies to books to aid in her studies. Her father worried about her safety made sure to hire professional tutors that can make sure she is taught everything she needed to know. This of course ranged from general studies to self defense and things of that nature such as how to harness her flames. During this time her father wanted a secure future for her so he sought out the Vongola hoping by working solely for them would help keep his daughter safe.

[b]axemanship[/b] - Due to training and preference she has received from hired tutors she has gained a solid grasp on how to use axe. Though her knowledge on how to use it is there she lacks the skill and experience where she has a lot more to go before she truly masters the weapon. 

[b]Ballet[/b] - Studied extensively in various forms of ballet and figure skating as a way to stay in shape. She turns this experience into a rudimentary fighting style that focuses around kicks and twirls to avoid blows. It is elegant but its rough nature makes it hard to really do much damage with it by itself.

[b]Hidden strength[/b] - Veronika Is stronger than her looks would make her out to be while her frail. She is far from it her frail looking frame holds a strength many wouldn’t expect. She is capable of swinging around a heavy battle axe with ease due to such.

[b]box weapon: battle axe[/b] - A large two handed battle axe while a bit of a contrast from her normal looks and appearance she is able to use it with ease while she has a long way to go to master the weapon she is on her way of coming into her own. 

[b]Rain ring[/b] - A C rank ring given to Veronika by her father so she can access her flames. Its silver band has been melted down from her mother’s wedding ring to make a new ring for Veronika that can protect her in the dangers she would face. 

[b]Box Animal: Orso di Pioggia[/b] - Veronika’s Box animal a large bear that she can summon despite the fearsome appearance it is a docile creature in most cases. Affectionately named Ivan its claws are covered in rain flames enabling it be able to attack and weaken the enemy in the process. Due to its large size Veronika is able to use it as a mount and can ride it into battle.
