Ah...? Was that the kind of impression she had given!? Assassin hadn't ever intended to make it seem like that! Certainly, training in the way of the sword could be harsh out of necessity, but doing anything so excessive wasn't in her teaching repertoire at all! Waving her hand and giving a somewhat awkward smile, the girl samurai decided to quickly address her Master's concerns.

"No! Nothing like that," she said, quickly, "That kind of thing wouldn't let you learn how to use a sword at all! No, we'll start with the basics and work our way up."

She nodded firmly to herself. Assassin knew that it was simply logical, the best way to set up a student for success was simply to introduce them to the basics of swordplay and then pushing forward. To be both harsh and fair, to ensure that they would understand exactly how to expand their skills. To be honest, she was actually quite excited. It had been a long time since she taught any students, after all, and she had always enjoyed doing so.
