I'd say that if they're genuine about their current emotion, they'd still be painted in the relevant color, but she simply won't be able to interact with that color the way she can do so for more duplicitous individuals. So she doesn't get rekt when she walks into a room and everyone just happens to be wearing their heart on their sleeves.

[@Malice]In regards to affecting the deaths of others as a seer, I'd imagine that one could do so simply by, I dunno, stabbing them to accelerate their death or trying to save them right as their death approaches? One possible desire that could lead to seeing when people would die would be something like...your family has always had some shitty genetic disease or whatever, that no doctors can explain and that pops up suddenly and randomly. When you were a child, one of your parents died suddenly, and you feel super bad because you never even got a chance to say any last words due to the suddenness of their demise. Though you understood the inevitability of death, what you want is closure, the ability to ensure that you'd be at a beloved's deathbed before they expire. And thus, bleh blah blooh, you can now grasp when people die.

And yeah, the 'why' is probably pretty hard to figure out, but there's also no real reason for you to come into this with a 'why' already formulated. Some desires can come from events that occur within the IC, after all, and I sorta didn't actually expect everyone would want to head into the RP with a character that's already superpowered. You could just straight up make a character that has some reason for looking into the underside of Tenoroshi, and then, throughout the IC, have them sharpen their nebulous wants into something concrete enough for the Lostman to make something out of.
