Added a brief introduction to the ranks within the marines.

The ranks within the Naval Military are fairly straightforward. As one's rank increases, so does their authority, responsibility, and leeway for independence. Ensigns are permitted to wear the kanji "Justice" on the backs of their uniform. Lieutenants, Captains, and Commodores are issued "Justice Coats" with their clothing underneath usually dictated by their personal preference. Vice-Admirals and Admirals are dressed in suits along with ties, and are issued marine coats with blue epaulets for the former and gold epaulets for the latter.
Ensign Lieutenant Captain Commodore Vice-Admiral Admiral
The Mercenary Corps is less structured and make use of a system that dictate their fighting prowess and contribution to not only to the Marines but to the world as well. Rookies are issued plain green bandanas which may done anyway they please. As their rank increases, stars will be embroidered into their bandana corresponding to their rank. Five Star Mercenaries are issued red bandanas while Division Commanders use plain black bandanas.
Rookie One Star Mercenary Two Star Mercenary Three Star Mercenary Four Star Mercenary Five Star Mercenary Division Commander

[@Rai] Unless I'm mistaken, I'm assuming you're kinda finished? For your Rank, choose from either the Naval Military or the Mercenary Corps. Ensign is the starting rank for the former and Rookie for the latter. First section labeled Stats is actually Skills. General idea on the Skills and Techniques are okay, but how you phrased them kind of contradict the actual value of your character's actual stats. Maybe check the Tier List and just do a bit of rephrasing. As for your Stats, you only used up 43 out of the 50 points you can start with. [@GreenGoat] Not sure if this answers your question, I mentioned it briefly under TECHNIQUES, that Chopper as an example, would have a Doctor/Medical-based Skill. To administer first aid and have knowledge on human anatomy wouldn’t require points to be invested as techniques, but creating some super-powered medicine, like the Rumble Balls, would. For Cooking, in general no techniques would be needed if its non-combat, but creating those Okama Dishes, would. Hope that helps.
