[@TheHangedMan] I was talking with [@QueenNugget] and we decided that Rhea and Damien have a shared past, being fellow high school classmates and friends. When Rhea left for B.U.M, Damien had to call and figure out what was going on and why his friend had just disappeared. She in turn, told him about the school and recommended him to the staff.
