If i've tagged you below, because you have been very patient, you're all accepted (Artifex and DocRock i've got a couple of notes below for you). I've started working on todays little reveal for you all. 

Artifex, the cooldowns are more just descriptions of the in game stuff. In reality, anything over 3 to 4 hours is acceptable. Each 'chapter' based in the Universe will cover that period of time so it'll basically be a case of one use per Universe chapter if that makes sense.

Doc sorry I didn't get back to you, totally lost track of everything. Even so, if you have any questions or anything then please ask.
