Nothing, yet. Thawne's just starting out. Bart would either be involved later, and would come from a Barry-Allen timeline, or he'd come from a timeline where time has already set, and to him, Thawne was always The Flash. Either way, I wouldn't wanna involve him anytime soon. Max Mercury, Jesse Quick, or Quicksilver are all definitely on the table, though they would prolly rely on pretty hefty collaboration, if you're doing something [i]traditional[/i] with them.

Edit; That's not to say that I don't think Thawne would benefit from a Kid Flash. I think he would. But I'd probably rather NPC-it, unless someone who's been playing in the RP for a while (when the time arrives.) wants to double up in characters and play KF.
