How common are super villains in this world, exactly? About the same as in comic books? And are all of our powers completely unique, or will there be others of the same kind of powers throughout the world (e.g. would illusionists such as MindWarp be a relatively common thing armies would have to deal with, or would she be a completely one-off power)?
