Tsurushi had confided a few things to Hitsu here and there, including the fact that she'd originally gotten poor grades which lead to her taking a highly degrading job, as well as her encounter with The Lostman... that part specifically of which Hitsu doubted was real. While Hitsu can't deny having heard of similar instances before, she's not entirely sold on the prospect of their existence outside of fiction either.

They take pride in their ability to stalk, hunt, and brutally kill someone without anyone else knowing. As proof of their crimes, they each take one limb from their target. While their identities are hidden, Marina knows that that one of them has the power to prevent death (as she had survived having her internal organs torn out, without going into shock or passing out from bloodloss), one has the power to hide their presences, one had the ability to stop Marina from fighting back, and one had the ability to cleanly cut Marina's limbs off without any tools.

Though their friendship appears mellow and empty to some, they share a kind of kinship that can be powerful even if silent. When Suzume has the time, their favorite spot to hang around is the swing set up on Shiomi Hill.

It during this time when they both would let off their own steam while drinking some canned beer Rin provides, whether it was Rin's manager muddling around in the red light district, or Marc getting annoyed at some rumors being spread about him possibly causing the disappearance of certain students.

It regularly devolves into Rin regaling Marc with how most of the rumors around Tenoroshi are rubbish and often stating what comes off as a generally bizarre interpretation of the actual events, half of which he's certain is a result of Rin's intoxicated state.

Though their interactions rarely extend beyond work, Mana believes him to be someone she could rely on if things got worse for her.

Struggles to handle both her own social life and being a decent mother to her son; might be straining herself a bit as evidenced whenever she conveys how discontent she is. Probably has a bit of an idea about the stupid crap her son has been doing, but possibly not the whole picture.

Knowing that it isn't the work of the Collectors, he's also hot on the trail of whoever is imitating the urban legend. He's sort of known for his true crime books published under a pseudonym, but he's not really that popular.

Mana would never dare enter an establishment like a Host Club, but sometimes waits outside for Kento to finish with his shift, in which they often go elsewhere for a late night snack where Kento can sober up.

He's also bizarrely responsible, being home by 9 PM every day. He makes a surprising amount of money translating Japanese literature into Finnish. But at least she's working on a better career for herself as a YouTuber who relies an upbeat personality and the streaming of popular, relatively easy-to-play games to draw in subscribers. Her online handle is "Carnelian-Z", a somewhat peculiar handle that stands out among the crowd.
