The lot of you meet and group up on your way up the stairs. You meet and greet while speeding up the stairs as fast as you can. 

You make it to the door where the scream came from. It's two floors up from your dorms. This is where the other party was being held.

Once inside, you notice everyone crowding around a girl who had collapsed. She is on the ground, shivering uncontrollably, with blood beading on her face. Her eyes are glazed, giving the ceiling a thousand foot stare.
