I threw in a couple new characters so that I have an NPC for each rank. 

For future reference, I plan on pushing forward the timeline one month at a time. When I do, I'll add one more mission (one of each rank). Also, any time a mission is completed, I'll replace it with another of the same rank. This way, no matter how many missions we do, there will always be more to choose from. 

I'll be pushing forward the timeline whenever anyone in the group asks me to do so. So basically, if your character's timeline catches up with the global time line, let me know so I can push it forward. Every time I push the timeline forward, I'll make a quick IC post to go along with it.
